At this time insurance is not accepted by Refreshing Times Counseling Center due to the policies of insurance companies to limit and restrict counselors on the terms of treatment they provide to their clients. However, I am more than happy to give you a reciept for your services which you can file with your health insurance company as an out- of - network provider
Cancellation Policy
If you are not present for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of $40.00 prior to your next appointment.
