Refreshing Times Counseling Center's mission since 2009 has been to provide personalized, high-quality Christian Counseling on an as-needed or preventative basis. We have created a practice that we believe in and one we believe honors God. As Counselors we at Refreshing Times Counseling Center we utilize God's Word and complimentary Clinical Solutions to help you uncover your true potential and to discover a life that is worth celebrating! While we cannot change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life today. By applying biblical truths, complimentary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more meaningful and fulfilling life! Who we help

We help clients who are experiencing anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm, as well as those navigating marriage conflict or communication breakdown in their relationships. We also support individuals working through trauma or past hurt that is impacting their present relationships and emotional well-being, along with those facing major life transitions such as divorce, parenting challenges, grief, or ongoing stress.
